DISA, Everforth TopBloc Debut Workday-Native Hiring Screen App
A new no-code app embeds background screening and drug testing directly into Workday Recruiting, aiming to accelerate employer hiring workflows.
DISA Global Solutions, Everforth, and TopBloc have jointly launched a native application built on the Workday platform that integrates pre-employment background screening and drug testing directly into Workday Recruiting, the companies announced Sept. 29, 2026.
The application is designed to eliminate the friction typically associated with third-party screening tools by allowing hiring teams to initiate and track compliance checks without leaving the Workday environment. The no-code architecture means organizations can deploy and configure the solution without requiring developer resources, lowering the barrier for HR departments to adopt the technology.

DISA Global Solutions is positioned in the market as a workforce compliance specialist, and the partnership with Everforth and TopBloc — both recognized Workday service and technology partners — signals a broader industry push to consolidate talent acquisition and regulatory compliance functions onto unified human capital management platforms. Embedding screening workflows natively is expected to reduce manual data entry, minimize delays between offer and onboarding, and create a more auditable hiring process for regulated industries.
The collaboration reflects an accelerating trend among enterprise software vendors and their partner ecosystems to build tightly integrated, purpose-built applications rather than relying on loosely coupled API connections between standalone tools. For employers in sectors subject to strict workforce compliance requirements, a native solution may meaningfully shorten time-to-hire while preserving documentation standards.
